curb appeal

"I was enchanted to meet you."

This spring and summer will be busy for us as we have a lot of plans in motion! Most of the plans are on the inside and basement (I'll post about that later)! As for the outside, we will be painting all the gingerbread white eventually. We will be grading the land away from the house and plant a few trees at the back of the property. Eventually I would like a flagstone path way from the house to the garage. 

So many trees. There are White Oak, Butternut, Sugar Maple, and Walnut trees on the property. We will be planting more maple and evergreens at the back. This view is from the back of our property line looking at the road. 

This was taken during our house inspection. They were heading into the attic to inspect the insulation. We will be spray foaming and blowing in more this summer and adding two whirly birds on top for ventilation. We will definitely be having lots of curb appeal during the winter including wreaths, outdoor string lights and Christmas appeal!
