pluming & hvac in our basement

"The only thing that ever sat its way to success was a hen".
- Sarah Brown

When we purchased this house, it was on forced air, oil heat. We removed the oil tank soon after and applied to have natural gas run to the house as it was already on the road. Soon enough a gas meter was on our wall! Recently, Mitch has removed all of the pre existing duct work as well as pre existing plumbing in our basement. We ordered thicker gauge duct work and our talented friend in the trade installed it with new paths. As for the pluming, it is all up to date (copper or PVC) but my husband had a dream in mind for re pluming his basement. He relocated the new furnace, hot water tank, well pressure tank and water softener all onto our newly raised pad. He installed all new pipes and ran it all through a manifold. This might not be the most exciting of blogs but I enjoy having a reference to look back on!
